Crafy Collaborations Technique Tuesday- Berry Harvest

The Crafty Collaborations team is comprised of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from around the world. Each month, we participate in several collaborative projects including blog hops, like this one, to inspire all of us in our passion for crafting. Our goal is to create, share, and inspire every crafter to keep our creative energy flowing.

This month our Technique Tuesday is all about Vintage.  I thought my berries looked kind of vintage and the deckled rectangles kind of look like torn paper?

This is a first time for me trying an inverse triple stamping technique.  I've done the basic triple stamping and I've done it using a variety of shapes on my card.  The Deckled Rectangles have 8 nested sizes making the the perfect choice for my project.

The image is the Berry Harvest stamped in Sweet Sorbet onto a card front of basic white.  The layers in between are Sweet Sorbet cardstock.
Using the Deckled rectangles I cut the stamped card front with the largest die and the Sweet Sorbet with the 2nd largest die.  I then matched up these layers and taped/glued down.  Then cut the stamped front (remaining portion with the 4th largest deckled die; yes skip one) and cut the remained of the sweet sorbet with the 5th largest deckle.  Match those up and tape down.  Now the 7th largest die cut out of what remains of the stamped front and the 8th largest die cut out from the remains of the sweet sorbet.

See the deckled dies below.  I have the ones I used turned upside down so you see there is a bit of a break then between layers giving you larger portions of the stamped card front.  The sentiment is from Charming Sentiments.

If you want a list of what I used so you can shop with me and make this card, a listing is available here: https://s.tamp.in/7mvOty
